My stay at The Spanish Suite Piazza Di Spagna had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, in the heart of Rome and very close to shopping areas, the condition of the room did not match the expectations set by the photos. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed were commendable, but the noise from the street made it challenging to relax. Overall, I might consider staying again if I had a guarantee for a different room.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and bright, though quite small and more functional, resembling student accommodation. The bed was relaxing, which helped after a long day of exploring.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was served to my room on request. Communication about room assignments could be improved.
Location
9.0
The suite's location was excellent, centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, making sightseeing easy.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offerings were limited and somewhat strange, likely due to the lack of a proper kitchen for preparation, yet they managed to deliver coffee and tea each day.
Facilities
6.0
Basic amenities like daily room service were provided, though the absence of a designated lobby and proper reception area felt a bit unwelcoming.

My stay at The Spanish Suite Piazza Di Spagna was a mixed bag. The location was absolutely fantastic, putting me right in the heart of Rome, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor accommodations that didn't match the images on the website. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the management needs to improve their service and room conditions.

Rooms
5.0
Upon arrival, I found the room to be smaller and not as well-maintained as depicted in photos. It felt more like a cramped dorm than a proper suite, complete with unappealing decor and uncomfortable beds. The shower also had issues, which made for an inconvenient stay.
Service
5.0
While the management offered to switch my room, it felt like an inadequate response considering the circumstances. Communication could have been better, and I encountered some delays with breakfast vouchers and taxi arrangements.
Location
9.0
On the bright side, the location was excellent. It was close to major tourist sites and right on the main shopping road, which made exploring the city convenient.
Dining
5.0
There was a breakfast service, but my experience with breakfast vouchers was not smooth, adding to my frustration during the stay.
Facilities
5.0
Despite various facilities being listed, my actual experience didn't align well with expectations, especially considering the issues I faced with my room.

I had a mixed experience at The Spanish Suite Piazza Di Spagna. On one hand, the location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw from the Spanish Square. However, the lack of clear directions and the room not matching the photos was quite disappointing. The service was friendly, but I faced some issues that really impacted my stay.

Rooms
5.0
My room was incredibly tiny, more of a snug closet, and had no resemblance to what was shown on the website. I did have a comfortable bed and a decent bathroom, but the overall space was just too cramped for a proper stay.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the experience felt a bit unorganized. I appreciated their willingness to store my luggage, but I found the check-in setup quite cramped and low-key, making me feel like I was staying in a makeshift setup.
Location
10.0
The location was great! Being so close to the main shopping street and several attractions really made my trip. I could easily explore the city center on foot, which was a major plus.
Dining
6.0
I didn't get to enjoy much dining on-site, but I was pointed to a good spot nearby. I wish there were more eating options available right in the suite.
Facilities
5.0
Basic amenities were available like a shared kitchen, but it didn’t feel like a full-service hotel. The lack of a lobby or concierge services was a downside. Everything felt very DIY.

My stay at The Spanish Suite Piazza Di Spagna had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Flavio at the front desk, who always greeted me with a smile. However, I was disappointed to find that I wasn't staying in the hotel depicted in the photos online. The room was modern and clean but lacked proper sound insulation. The breakfast was decent but required prior ordering, which sometimes led to missing items. Overall, I enjoyed the location and the service but felt misled about the accommodation quality. 😊

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and modern, though I could hear noises from other guests due to thin walls. I was also disappointed that the photos I saw online didn’t match the actual room I received.
Service
9.0
The staff were attentive and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. They provided a phone for unlimited data, which was a nice touch.
Location
10.0
The location was fantastic! I could explore all of Rome on foot, just steps away from Piazza di Spagna.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was limited and had to be requested in advance, which sometimes resulted in missing items. The quality was good, but felt more supermarket than restaurant.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked a traditional lobby and the reception area was a bit challenging to find, located in a different building down a corridor. There was also a shared kitchen but missing basic utensils.

My stay at The Spanish Suite was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was disappointed to find that the accommodation was not centralized in one building, which made check-in a bit confusing. The room itself was lovely and felt more like an apartment, but there were some issues with noise and limited storage space.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and bright, but lacked adequate storage for clothes, making it feel a bit cramped.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best to accommodate requests, which I appreciated.
Location
8.0
The location was absolutely fantastic, being close to public transport and many eateries in the vibrant city center.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was a bit strange due to its limited menu; I expected more from the offerings given the price I paid.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had some nice features like free GPS phone service, the lack of a proper hotel environment was disappointing.
